Denise's Flowers, Vintage Tea Party with Music theme in bright yellows and limes.

A gorgeous bright and cheery scheme in yellows and limes and a vintage tea party with a difference. The flowers are lovely and natural and just perfect for a sunny May day in the forest and an outside ceremony at the Balmer Lawn Hotel in Brockenhurst.

Bouquet in yellows and limes using yellow Sphinx roses, "daisys", ranunculus and buplerum.

Bouquet of yellow roses, ranunculus, aster ( Daisy ) and lime  buplerum for our bride.

Flower girl posy to match her head band of daisies.

Mixed vases, bottles and jars with country style flowers in yellow and limes look gorgeous on the tables for this tea party and music themed wedding. Love the record table name and the scattered "music sheet" confetti.

Yellow and lime country style table flowers in mixed vases, jars and bottles at the Balmer Lawn Hotel

Cheery table flowers of roses, ranunculus, aster and buplerum in mixed vintage style containers.

Tea party and music themed table in yellows and limes. To add a touch of cheerfulness  to your tables on a summers day, it is hard to beat  these colours.

Vintage tea cup with a yellow spider chrysanthemum on a yellow napkin makes a gorgeous place setting.

Alternated with these lime spider chrysanthemums, just as gorgeous and looking lovely with the lime glasses. And no, they are not harmful. The stems are taped and the flowers are used in China to make - tea !

The table complete, mixed vintage bottles, jars and vases of flowers, tea cups and saucers with flowers, yellow napkins, lime glasses, record Table name and music confetti. Love it.

That just leaves me to say thank you so much Denise for choosing me to design and create your flowers for you. I loved working on this gorgeously bright and cheerful scheme and I hope you all had a fabulous day.

Wedding Flowers Spring, Tove and Tim, Balmer Lawn

A lovely sunny spring wedding in the New Forest for which I was asked to create flowers in a natural country style and with a strong Spring in the Forest theme

Tulip buttonhole. This is a gorgeous frilled edge variety called "Honeymoon" and here we have combined it with a little evergreen jasmine to give it the natural country look Tove was looking for.

Tove's wedding bouquet of spring flowers in whites and yellows, a natural country look and a trailing style perfect for a spring wedding in the New Forest. To create it I combined  tulips, iris, lily of the valley, freesia, ornithogalum and trails of evergreen jasmine and it smelt absolutely gorgeous. I have to say I was sad to part with it !

I really love these close up pictures of Tove's wedding bouquet kindly sent by her New Forest based photographer, the lovely  Barry Whitcher of www.photosbybw.co.uk. Photographing flowers is a real art in itself and I thought these shots were absolutely stunning so thank you Barry.

My photo of Tove's wedding bouquet  all boxed and ready to go.

Our lovely bride with her bouquet.

For the ceremony table we created this long and low trailing design of tulips, iris and freesia with natural country style foliages. A design also very suitable for top tables and fireplaces/mantlepieces.

A close up by Barry Whitcher.

Basket of spring flowers in whites and yellows for the tables. The dark chocolate of the salim basket shows off the flowers perfectly and was just the thing to help give the table centres the natural, country style, Spring in the Forest look the bride and groom wanted for their wedding.I placed them on the tables used for the drinks reception and they were then moved to the tables for the sit down meal.

That just leaves me to say thank you so much Tove and Tim for choosing me to design and create your wedding flowers for you, I loved this working with all those beautiful Spring flowers to create this naturally sunny Spring look and very many congratulations on your marriage.
